WHAT IS THE HOUSE LIKE? The Household is a leather, poly, Master/slave, service-oriented and training household. It is structured upon the discipline and protocol of a para-military and monastic organization in which Master BlackLeather serves as head of household and exercises complete authority over the members and the functioning of the household.
HOW IS THE HOUSE ORGANIZED? The organizational structure of the house is based upon the principles of three primary sources: MAsT International, monasticism, and para-military organizations.
The Master/slave (M/s) dynamic of this household is in keeping with the notions of M/s as espoused by MASTER AND slaves TOGETHER (MAsT) International which emphasizes M/s as a spiritual development process toward more complete surrender of the slave to the authority of the Master.
A monastic model is the foundation of the “formation” process for bringing new members into the household and supporting the spiritual development of the members.
And last, the military model (aligned closely with Bushido) supports a “chain-of-command” leadership process and cultivation of an attitude of ready, willing, eager, and unhesitating obedience and service in all spheres of life (both within and outside the household). Authority, growth and discipline are the roots upon which this house is formed and grows.
WHAT IS IT LIKE LIVING IN THE HOUSEHOLD? The environment of the household is strict, safe, communal, spiritually-based, tobacco and other drugs-of-use free, sex-positive, and oriented toward physical, emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being. The household is a refuge for the manifestation and realization of each member’s authentic nature within the context of mutual respect, support, and responsibility for the well-being of Master and the members of His household.
This Household is a well-established and well-respected household in the Pittsburgh M/s community where Master BlackLeather has served as MAsT-Pittsburgh, Chapter Director.
WHAT WOULD BE EXPECTED OF AN APPLICANT? You would be directly serving the Master of the Household and functioning as an aide under the Household's head slave. Uniforms are required at the time of initial presentation and worn thereafter to identify with the household when in public. Otherwise, slaves are in natural state at all times within the house with only a collar to identify it as property and, as it MASTER's pleasure, to hood the slave to further dis-identify it from its former life.
Your gender, sexual orientation, age, and body shape are not critical factors for consideration. Though like the Spartan army, the ability to serve through hard physical labor within the house and dungeon is required for consideration as a permanent member. The only essential requirements for consideration are: honesty, obedience, dependability, self discipline, submission, loyalty, and commitment to personal authenticity and transparency within a Master/slave household as what it is: pet, slave/property, or object.
WHAT IS THE FORMATION PROCESS? After a period of inquiry and several short visits, you will be allowed to make petition for consideration as a prospect in the household.
Following Master’s acceptance of the petition, a tag is placed by Master’s hand around the neck affirming acceptance as a “prospect” of Master BlackLeather. The tag is to remain until removed by Master at which time a prospect is accepted as a “trainee” within the household. Prospects come in and out of the house for short periods of preliminary training. Once the prospect has demonstrated sufficient understanding of Master’s house--its principles, protocols and rituals-- and readiness for a more dedicated relationship with Master and the household, Master removes the “prospect” tag and places a “trainee” collar with lock around the neck.
Thereafter, the trainee is in service and training within Master’s house on a 24/7/365 basis until such time as the trainee is ready to offer his “final and life-time consent” as a permanent gift to Master. Master determines when He is ready to accept full responsibility for the trainee’s gift (freedom) and as His permanently-owned property. At which time, a slave collar without lock is placed by Master’s hand around the slave’s neck for a lifetime of dedicated and devotional obedience and service.
Throughout this process, a member is developed completely according to his nature to be of excellent, enthusiastic and without hesitation obedience and service. There is no area of a member’s life that is not within the scope of Master’s authority, direction and development. For those seeking a more realized nature, this is exactly how life is lived in the household. We seek and find harmony, living O/our authentic natures together.
WHERE IS THE HOUSEHOLD LOCATED? Master maintains several houses in western and central PA and service at any of them is expected. This also gives others interested in the house from outside of Pittsburgh greater opportunity to be associated with the household. The central house is located in Pittsburgh and is being developed so that Master can: a) have His entire household under one roof, b) provide training events and hospitality for others, and c) have a well-developed dungeon for training.
